The following are the conditions of use for all website maintained by Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries (hereafter, the "DLI Website") and by your use thereof you signify your assent to these conditions of use. If you disagree with any of these conditions of use, do not use this site. 

All materials presented on the DLI Website are the sole and exclusive copyrighted property of Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries. You may not produce, distribute or use any material, including but not limited to text, video, audio or graphics from the DLI Website for any purpose, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, without our express written permission. 

While Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries welcomes your comments regarding our website, it is our policy not to accept or consider unsolicited submissions of creative ideas, artwork, photographs or other materials (collectively, "Unsolicited Materials"). We have adopted this policy to avoid potential legal disputes that might arise due to a similarity between Unsolicited Materials and projects now or in the future under development by Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries. Do not send us Unsolicited Materials.

However, all material submitted to the DLI Website (including Unsolicited Materials and material that we request, such as e-mail, tips or ideas becomes the sole and exclusive property of Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries. We take no responsibility for material submitted to us, through the Website or otherwise, and you agree not to assert any ownership right of any kind in your submissions (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, unfair competition, moral rights or implied contract) and you waive the right to receive any financial or other consideration or credit in connection with anything submitted to the DLI Website.

Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries is not responsible for material submitted to its Website and reserves the right to move or remove material from its Website for any reason. Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries reserves the right to disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request. DLI Website may provide links to third-party sites, however, Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries has not reviewed third-party sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the content of any products or services offered on such third-party sites. 

Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries is not responsible for any material posted on the Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms or other forums conducted on this site ("Forums"). You shall not upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through such Forums any content which: 

a) libels, defames, or is obscene, pornographic, abusive or theatening; 
b) infringes any intellectual property right or any entity or person, 
    including but not limited to violating anyone's copyrights or trademarks;
c) violates any law;
d) advocates illegal activity; 
e) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for 
    goods or services; 
f) contains a virus or other harmful component; or
g) violates any other rights of third parties (collectively

While Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries does not and cannot review every message posted by users in the Forums and is not responsible for the content of these messages, Dick Landy / Dick Landy Industries reserves the right to delete, move, or edit messages that it, in its sole discretion, deems unacceptable.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. In no event shall you be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
